Claim Process Guide

Step-by-Step Claims Process

  1. Notify Us Immediately

Report the incident as soon as it happens through any of the following channels: 

Include: 

  • What happened 
  • When and where 
  • Who was involved 
  • Immediate damages or loss 

 

  1. Complete the Claim Form

Fill out the attached claim form or download a copy from our website. Provide as much detail as possible. 

  1. Submit Supporting Documentation

Depending on the nature of your claim, submit: 

  • Photos of damage 
  • Police reports or incident logs 
  • Invoices or receipts 
  • Email or communication trails (for supplier/credit claims) 
  • IT/security reports for fraud or cyber incidents 
  1. Assessment and Communication
  • We’ll acknowledge your claim within 48 hours 
  • A claims handler will follow up for further details if needed 
  • Adjuster may be assigned for high-value or complex claims 
  1. Claim Resolution

Once reviewed: 

  • We’ll confirm coverage and payment amount 
  • Payout will be processed to your account 
  • A full report will be issued to you
