Fill out the attached claim form or download a copy from our website. Provide as much detail as possible.
- Submit Supporting Documentation
Depending on the nature of your claim, submit:
- Photos of damage
- Police reports or incident logs
- Invoices or receipts
- Email or communication trails (for supplier/credit claims)
- IT/security reports for fraud or cyber incidents
- Assessment and Communication
- We’ll acknowledge your claim within 48 hours
- A claims handler will follow up for further details if needed
- Adjuster may be assigned for high-value or complex claims
- Claim Resolution
Once reviewed:
- We’ll confirm coverage and payment amount
- Payout will be processed to your account
- A full report will be issued to you
